child development resources, contact the Livingston County Community Coordinated Child Care Council
for FREE services.
The 4C Council works to care for Livingston's children and families through a public/private partnership by providing:
- Child Care Resource and Referral Services with Internet Access
- Information and Materials, including an On-Site Library for Early Childhood
- Parenting and Child Care Consumer Education
- Early Childhood Care and Education Recruitment and Retention
- Employer Programs for Child Care and Older Adults Services
- Early Childhood Care and Education Training and Professional Development
- Child Care Expulsion Prevention Services
- Child Care Inclusion Support
- Information on Financial Assistance for Parents using Child Care
- Scholarships for Deposits, Registration and Activity Fees for Income Eligible
Families
- Child Care Quality Enhancement and Accreditation Support
- Early Childhood Care and Education Support Groups
- Advocacy for Children and Families

Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
Evening hours on Mondays until 7:00pm.
Closed all holidays observed by the Livingston County Department of Human Services.
